Rockland Trust is currently seeking an experienced Treasury Management Deposit Officer to promote and solicit new prospect for significant deposits while creating a value proposition with Treasury Management services.

Incumbent is responsible for growth in deposits via external and marketing efforts in order to achieve targets and objectives.

Skills & Qualifications: * Proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services or banking industry * Strong understanding of commercial deposit products and treasury management services.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams * Goal oriented mindset with a record of accomplishment of meeting and/or exceeding targets * Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools * Ability to manage through a changing business landscape, anticipating issues and aggressively drive initiatives to ensure results * Preferred Bachelor's degree Our goal is to offer our colleagues the most generous benefits package possible.

Responsibilities: * Build, develop and maintain profitable deposit relationships with new clients * Develop and execute an effective sales strategy, implementing a formalized calling plan, generating leads and following up on referrals from clients * Exhibit sound knowledge of Treasury Management products and services in order to create a value proposition for the deposit * Articulate compelling value propositions to clients * Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial needs and pain points to tailor solutions effectively * Utilize Salesforce tool to track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
