Barista - The Breakfast Club

Barista at The Breakfast Club – Gatwick Airport

Hours per week: 20+ per week

Shift patterns: Shifts between 3 AM – 10 AM

Pay rate: £11.86 - £13.06 per hour

We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to our customers, including various types of coffee and tea.

Please note, to be selected for this role, candidates must be able to commute to Gatwick Airport to start as early as 3 AM!

Responsibilities for Barista:

• Demonstrate knowledge of brand and products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner

• Preparing hot and cold beverages

• Serving customers at the counter and taking payments

• Maintain all unit displays in accordance with Brand standards

• Consistently meet shift/daily average spending, waste, and portion control targets

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas

Requirements for Barista:

• Due to some responsibilities within the Barista role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to sell alcohol.

• Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.

• Previous experience working as a Barista
