We are looking for new talent as a Support Engineer with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and trends.

If you are interested in exploring the field of telecommunications, the following job opportunity might inspire you to join our team, based in Sofia.

This is an excellent opportunity for new university graduates.

Previous experience in a similar position is always welcome in applicants.

Your daily routine would include:

Taking ownership of various tickets related to problems with DIA, VPN, Cloud, SDWAN, FW, etc.;

Investigating the reason for the root cause and providing a temporary workaround or reliable resolution;

Communicating with administrators and on-site engineers to provide remote assistance;

Proactively participating in internal and external communication;

Escalating problematic scenarios.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

Knowledge in the networking/telecommunication protocols (IP, TCP/UDP, VPN, OSPF etc.);

MTCNA, CCNA, or NRS certificate (considered as a plus);

Previous experience as L1/L2 Support Engineer (considered as a plus);

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems;

Team player;

Good written and spoken English skills.
