Job Description
Develop concepts and designs for the next generation system and sustaining engineering
Design datapath architecture
Representing electrical engineer in other sub-system architecture and design reviews
Define interfaces with other critical sub-systems
Work with other engineering groups such as Mechanical, Optical, Software, Systems and Manufacturing engineers to ensure detailed integration and test at the subsystem and system levels
Solve challenging engineering problems by characterizing components, designing or prototyping analog front-end circuits, generating schematics, directing PCB layout, and debugging PCBAs in the labs.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or system engineering
At least 3 years’ experience with proficiency in these areas:
Mixed signal board design
OrCAD\Cad tools and electronic simulation tools.
Analog and Power design, ADCs, DACs, DC\DC, OP Amplifiers and sensors.
Full cycle of PCB design from Schematics through Layout to Manufacturing.
Electronic fundamentals (Signal integrity, Power integrity, EMI\EMC etc.)
Low noise linear analog circuitry, characteristics of analog components,
CCD/TDI sensors and image acquisition
Understand capabilities and coding techniques of advanced FPGA devices
Proficient with the use of electronics laboratory equipment, bring up and troubleshoot PCBAs
Self-driven, independent and possess excellent oral and written communication skills to successfully collaborate with our accomplished engineering team
