Industry Account Manager

Your Mission

Set ambitious targets and exceeds these goals together with partners/channel.

Establish and grow sustainable/healthy channel in China market particular in “Data Center Thermal Management Industry.”

Manage partners to maximize sales.

Ensure high level of acceptance in customer experience.

Attend trade shows and activities to generate and increase leads.

Develop and execute plans to improve performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Effectively articulate and position Additive Manufacturing and EOS solution portfolio to customers and prospects.

Deep understanding of focus Data Center industry to formulate penetration plan.

Ensure timely successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Your Talents

Bachelor's degree in major of Business Administration, Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Computer Science etc.

Experience as Sales for complex industrial machines, data center related industries will be preferred.

Highly driven and strong sales acumen and willing to get your hands dirty with the details.

Possess deep understanding of channel sales and strategy with proven record of exceeding sales targets.

Have track record of building a new business starting from ground up through the full business cycle including post-sales support.

Expert in project management and coordinating both external customers/partners and internal resources not directly under your control.

Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of organization including C level and executives.

Passion for and strong belief in Additive Manufacturing as a production solution for focus industry.

Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills in Chinese. Good skills of English writing and listening.

Highly motivated, independent fast learner, able to quickly grasp new technical know-how.

Willingness to travel within Greater China regions.

Excellent Chinese and good English language skills.
