Order Entry Specialist/Buyer Planner

Supply chain experience with manufacturing

Good math skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented and ability to multi-task

Proficiency in MS Office

Knowledge of MRP

Primary functions:

On going and effective communication with the customers to ensure on time delivery.

Planning and coordinating with all the departments on problem solving between the customer and our operations.

Auditing customer orders for accuracy or issues including quantity, pricing and revision levels.

Data entry of sales orders, work orders and updating bill of materials.

Clerical duties are required such as answering phone, filing, scanning etc...
