Position Title: OSP Construction Project Manager

Location: Orange County, CA

Pay Range: $40-48/hr DOE

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Duration: Open Ended

Job Duties (Field-Based Work):

Management of large-scale fiber optic deployments

Knowledgeable of best practices for micro-trenching

Managing stakeholders

Negotiating with city and county officials

Ensure all project activities align with local, state, and federal regulations

Oversee the permitting process Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale fiber deployments

Strong knowledge with local codes, requirements, and the permitting process in CA
