Here at GXO we are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator on a full time, permanent basis to join our Heineken site in Croydon. You will be working any 5 days out of 7, on a rotating shift pattern, covering the 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00 and 22:00 – 06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

You will be responsible for all administrative duties including Stock allocation, dispatch, and transport

Processing orders through sap and handling all admin duties related to goods in

Completing driver debriefs and downloading tacho graph data

Reporting accidents, near misses and/or dangerous occurrences to a member of management

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships.

Have a flexible approach to working times and be able to multitask.

Be IT literate (Advantageous: SAP, JDA, MS Office including Word, Excel & Outlook)

Transport industry knowledge would be an advantage
