The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as Sales Coordinator to support our Enterprise Sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.

What You Will Do:

Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, including updating account information, tracking sales activities, and preparing sales reports.

Prepare and distribute sales proposals, contracts, and other documents in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.

Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to support sales efforts.

Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, conferences, and trade shows.

Maintain accurate records of sales data, including customer information, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

Who You Are:

Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in an enterprise sales environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

The Interview Process:

Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.

Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
