Departmental Overview

ADM China CD&D Team will cooperate with cross functional innovation platform team to create innovative concepts, develop high quality products including flavors, flavor systems and fruit jams, and provide turnkey solutions to customers in application in food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries by using specialized ingredients and nutritional ingredients to achieve business goal.

Job Purpose

• Fully engaged in managing customer projects, actively communicate with customer to clearly understand their needs and integrate internal and external resources to create and develop high quality total solutions in application of Dairy & Dairy alternative products e.g yoghurt, milk and milk alternative drinks, protein based sweet snacks with reasonable cost in due time. Strong flavoring skills and abilities in dairy products.

• Strong technical team management experience and leadership skill and able to guide the team overcome difficulties and continue grow, this individual is capable of envisioning opportunities for ADM and its departments to create mutually beneficial partnerships and optimization actions.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate and support China commercial team to develop and execute business growth strategies;

• Define, Initiate and implement technical driven Dairy & Dairy alternative innovation project according to ADM and customer’s strategy and market insight to grow business strategically;

• Actively communicate with customers to provide valuable technical solution to key account customers, improving win rate;

• Responsible for the technical communication with related department and colleagues during the project implementation process;

• Trouble shooting for internal and external clients. Provide technical support to the key customers and align with regional sales to complete the sales target;

• Provide Technical trainings to grow the regional team members;

• In accordance with the requirements of GLP and ISO requirement to manage daily work.

Your Profile

• Master degree or above, major in food technology;

• 10+ years working experiences in Sweet Goods and Dairy research and development, familiar with various dairy production technology process. Experienced in dairy business and flavour business is preferred;

• Good communication skill and teamwork spirit, hardworking attitude;

• Fluent English in written and oral;

• Ability to organize teams, tolerance to frustration, dynamic, work under pressure, good personal relationships and personnel development.
