Anwest specialises in commercial projects for ceilings & partitions fit outs. We specialise in design and construction of prefabricated partition and ceiling system. Our premise in Bayswater comprises our head quarter office, two workshops and warehouses.

Anwest has excelled in the high-end specialised feature finish products. We provide design solutions and construct for customised timber feature walls & ceilings, aluminium composite materials, and laminated and CFC panel solutions for facades and soffit based on the project requirements.

Your Role:

We are seeking suitable person who shows enthusiasm towards CAD detailing and problem solving to join our team working on a Tier 1 projects in Perth. You will be working with a tight-knit team in a fast-growing business. Your role will be (but not limited to) preparing shop drawings in AutoCAD. LGS prefabrication software training will be provided to right candidate.

This role will be leading to a team leading role for a drafting team.

Your Skills:

- min. 2 years local work experience in drafting / construction industry.

- Proficient in AutoCAD essential. (xref workflow; layer filter & VP settings in layers properties manager etc)

- Ability to interpret and cross-referencing drawings to identify/resolve issues.

- Understand Australian construction terminology & building method essential. Ie understanding what are RL NGL and FFL; ability to determine wall height by cross referencing concrete slab plan etc.

-Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

-Excellent communication and organisational skills.

-Excellent in time management to prioritise tasks.

-Ability to identify issues, raise questions or preferably provide solutions.

-Be motivated and proactive.

-Must be Permanent resident / Australian Citizen due to project requirement.
