THE ENGLISH TAPWARE COMPANY LIMITED is a market leader in the provision of luxury hardware, tapware and fittings for kitchens and bathrooms. We have an established presence within the design community with continual specification into the finest homes and commercial projects.

The Covid-19 pandemic transformed the world in a myriad of ways. Society, technology, and global trade have changed and while economies and politics have returned to normal, people have not. We recognise our need for strategic guidance and seek an inspirational leader with an in-depth understanding of luxury brand marketing and management.

We are looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and manage our sales and marketing activities. Key tasks of the role include:

Identifying where positive change is needed and being a catalyst for appropriate change.

Developing sales/marketing strategies, producing strategic plans, presenting them to the Management Team and implementing accordingly.

An in-depth appreciation of our customers and their wants and needs.

A knowledge of our brands, their products, and their place in the local and global market to create effective sales and marketing strategies.

Formulating strategies and plans to maintain and expand customer loyalty and generate increased sales.

The telling and development of our brand stories and identities, maintaining and growing our strong reputation.

Ensuring the optimisation of digital channels, social media, and e-Commerce.

Coordinating and directing to set the scene for in-store experiential sales experiences.

Managing lasting relationships with printed media and our suppliers and clients.

Collaborations with leading interior designers.

Understanding the emerging younger luxury brand consumer to assist in formulating suitable strategies.

The successful candidate will:

Demonstrate strong business and marketing acumen.

Have experience working in the design community.

Have an appreciation for the requirements of managing a luxury brand, reflected in the quality of their personal presentation and manner.

Have at least two years of relevant work experience.

Provide exceptional leadership in sales and marketing functions, and all aspects of our business.

Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
