Longwang is an exciting new modern asian venue offering from the Tassis Group, one of Brisbane’s hospitality leaders. Longwang is currently under construction and due to open March 2024. The Tassis Group portfolio currently includes well-known venues Massimo, Opa Bar + Mezze, Yamas, Rich & Rare and FOSH.

Longwang’s share-plate menu has been designed by Executive Chef Jason Margaritis (sAme sAme, Donna Chang, Spice Temple), harnessing the flavours and techniques of Chinese and South East Asian cuisines.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our opening team. To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience in a similar role in a high volume, fast paced restaurant

The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a structured and organised approach

Strong understanding of workplace hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation

Availability to work a flexible 5 day schedule including weekends

Excellent communication skills

Trade qualifications, food safety certificate

Current Australian working rights
