Position Summary
Identify new opportunities by analyzing market needs and materialize requirements and features based on the analysis to gain in-house solution's competitiveness.
Develop solution and service launching strategies and plan a global expansion in relation to the target market.
Secure a lead in solutions by developing product-related mid- to long-term roadmap.
Role and Responsibilities
Prepare and finalize the financial settlements with the partners
Technical depth and business confidence to articulate various product choices and assert and defend positions regarding the definition and priority of features.
Handle customer’s issues and escalate it to the relevant department
Design and activate an Integrated Marketing Communication plan spanning from ATL to Retail & E-commerce with direct oversight of Paid and Owned Channels planning and execution.
Lead and coordinate internal cross-functional teams as well as lead the external media and creative agencies, and third-party partners.
Skills and Qualifications
Engineering degree in Computer Science, or similar within the IT industry.
2-4 Years’ experience in the IT field
Demonstrated ability working in or with Fintech payment platform providers such as online payment gateway, issuing platform, and card networks
Knowledge of the payment ecosystems, understanding of payment processing
Arabic speaker is preferred
Strong communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skillsAbility to navigate international cultures, work across time zones.
