RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze F2P relevant processes to identify improvement opportunities and determine how SAP solutions can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Work with global BPM or global IT, design and implement SAP supply chain solutions, including modules such as SAP production and planning (SAP IBP),warehouse management, logistics execution.

Conduct testing to ensure that the implemented solutions function correctly and meet the user's needs.

Provide training and support to users on the new systems and processes.

Play role as business process governance, to make sure that processes are running as designed.

Collaborate with project managers, other consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide process support, including troubleshooting and resolving any SAP-related process issues.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a business process specialist with a focus on supply chain management.

In-depth knowledge of SAP supply chain modules like production and planning, inventory management,warehousing and logistic execution.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and with key users.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel to production sites as required.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Knowledge of SAP IBP is a plus.

Knowledge of other ERP systems or supply chain management tools.

Project management experience.

Understanding of business process reengineering and change management.
