Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This multifaceted role combines administrative duties, document formatting, SCORM package development, and personal assistant tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills in e-learning tools such as Articulate.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure all documents are formatted according to company standards, ensuring consistency and professionalism.

Assist in the development of SCORM packages for e-learning. Training will be provided.

Perform general administrative tasks as required, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Provide daily personal assistant support to the executive team, which may include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

Undertake any other tasks as directed to support the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements

Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Intelligent and quick to learn, especially in developing skills related to e-learning tools such as Articulate.

Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to assist with various tasks as needed.

Ability to handle varying tasks daily with flexibility and a proactive approach.
