Job Description:

· Client Interaction: Dive into the world of client communication like a pro! You'll learn how to charm clients through phone, email, and in-person chats, providing stellar customer service and tackling any mortgage application queries like a champ.

· Application Support: Get ready to shadow the pros! You'll tag along with experienced brokers, soaking up all the tricks of the trade. From inputting client information to checking applications for compliance, you'll be right in the thick of it, learning as you go.

· Document Management: Become a master organizer! You'll help gather, sort, and double-check all the important documents needed for mortgage applications, making sure everything is shipshape and ready to roll.

· Administrative Tasks: Keep things running like a well-oiled machine! You'll lend a hand with all sorts of admin duties, from filing and data entry to making sure the office supplies never run dry. Smooth operations? You've got it covered!

Requirements

· Open for Fresh Graduates and Career Explorers. Join the thrill ride with us! No experience required!

· Ideally based in the bustling heart of Metro Manila for added fun and convenience!

· Bachelor’s Degree (Graduates in Accountancy, Finance, Mathematics or related fields are encouraged to apply)

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to adapt to new software systems quickly.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with clients and team members.

· Effective organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Demonstrated "Can-Do" Attitude. This essential attribute is characterized by a proactive mindset, resilience in the face of challenges, and a willingness to take initiative and tackle tasks with enthusiasm.
