TELECALLER-IT CONSULTING

We are looking for a Tele Caller to make outbound calls, promote our IT products and services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Promote IT products and services.

Generate and qualify leads.

Answer customer questions and provide product information.

Meet and exceed sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in IT/ Freshers can also apply

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Basic understanding of IT products.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Laptop required.
