First Team Toyota First Team Toyota is looking for an energetic and thorough individual who is capable of working in Automobile Accounting Office in the first part of the shift and then in the Service Department in the latter part of the shift and capable of handling everything from title work to accounts payable and receivable to billing deals to assisting Service Customers who are picking up their Vehicles at the end of the day.

The Accounting Office is the hub of activity for our local dealership operations!

And our Service Department is a high-volume, fast-paced environment!

RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist the Accounting Office in filing and light bookkeeping responsibilities * Be able to assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable * Manage spreadsheets during current month for all Vehicle deliveries * Receive and process paperwork from the Finance Department * Assist the Service Department with light Cashiering duties * Answer phones in the Service Department after hours * Work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere * Ability to multitask * Provide additional general support as needed
