Title: Estimator / Change Order Specialist Position Type: Direct Hire Location: Johnstown, OH Reports to: Sr.

Project Manager Status: Exempt Job Summary: PIC Group has a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator / Change Order Specialist that will support the construction of a new state-of-the-art Data Center.

The Estimator / Change Order Specialist will report to the Sr.

Project Manager, and plays a critical role to ensure that changes to construction plans are properly managed and documented, and that the project remains on track and within budget.

The Estimator / Change Order Specialist will manage and lead the required Change Order process, and will be responsible to interact and communicate with several project stakeholders, ensuring timely completion and accuracy at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for managing the Construction Change Order process from start to finish, which may involve coordinating with contractors, architects, and engineers, reviewing and approving change requests, and ensuring that all changes are properly documented.

* Work closely with the Project Management and Engineering Management, as well as other technical leads, to capture impacts while developing Monthly Cost Forecast.

* Responsible for identifying when changes to the original construction plans are necessary.

* Will be involved in reviewing plans, conducting site inspections, and consulting with contractors, architects, and engineers.

* Draft the change order document, which outlines the changes to the original construction plans, including the scope of work, schedule, and budget.

This may involve working with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers.

* Review and approve change requests, which may involve reviewing plans, conducting site inspections, and consulting with various stakeholders.

* Communicate any changes to the original construction plans to all stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers, and ensure that everyone is aware of the changes and how they will impact the project.

* Responsible for tracking all changes to the original construction plans, ensuring they are properly documented and accounted for in the project schedule and budget.

Job Requirements: * Knowledge of assigned discipline and estimating techniques.

* Ability to interpret computerized cost data reports.

* Effectively communicate with all levels of personnel, both verbally and in writing.

* Excel at managing multiple tasks at one time.

* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Must be experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

* Must be able to tolerate noise typical of a construction site.

Education / Experience: * High School Diploma required.

* Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required.

* 3+ years in Estimating, Change Management, Project Engineer, Project Management, or construction related experience.
