Agile Business System Requirements Consultant

Job Description

Join our team dedicated to developing and executing innovative solutions in support of customer mission success. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Agile System Requirements Analyst to support our Department of Defense client in modernizing their SAP ERP system. This role requires a clear understanding of SAP functionality and its application within DoD environments, along with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders across the Department of Defense to define and refine system requirements for the modernization of the SAP-ERP system.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure a smooth progression through the project lifecycle.

Translate complex system requirements into manageable user stories and actionable tasks, ensuring alignment with DoD standards and objectives.

Work closely with SAP specialists, developers, and other analysts to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and tested.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP updates and DoD compliance requirements to ensure the ERP system remains secure and effective.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, and assist in the development of roadmaps for system enhancements and upgrades.

Provide training and support to users on new system features and functionalities.

Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management detailing progress, potential risks, and proposed solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a system analyst or business analyst, preferably with SAP ERP systems in a DoD setting.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience with Agile practices, methodologies, and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex information and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with technical teams and government officials.

U.S. citizenship required; active Secret security clearance.
