Financial Reporting Compliance Intern(FRC)

- Conduct training to ARMoR Cockpit coordinators (350 users~)

- Conduct training to BCH supervisors and site controllers and answering the verifiers questions throughout the audit

- Escalate pending review status to FU/OD management

- Monitor review status of 20 China companies to achieve target 85% completion review.

- Support test phase for O020 and O030 of BCH

- Conduct SMMII & Sign-off meeting

- Archive the meeting minutes

- Preferred Internship Period – July 2024 to Nov 2024

- Intern attendance per week – 4 days per week

- Education Level, course major preferences – Degree

- Technical Skills - Excel and Power Point are mandatory, Marco, Power BI, Power Automate and SAP is added advantage. Able to speak and write English and Chinese.

- Is working experience needed – added advantage

- Other requirements – good attitude e.g. could work independent and willing to learns new things. Good analysis skill.
