Responsibilities

Generate leads and prospect through various channels.

Assess client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.

Present and explain policies, coverage, and premiums.

Assist in the application process and paperwork.

Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing customer support.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Foster client relationships for renewals and referrals.

Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalate

Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance quoting software.

Willingness to obtain Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses

Must like animals, as we have 2 Chocolate labs that are a part of our team!
