Are you someone who is passionate about coaching children and love to have fun doing it? Join SwimKids Swim School as a Part-Time Swim Team Coach! We are looking for individuals with high energy and a growth mindset to coach our developmental and age group program. Candidates must have a competitive swim background.

We provide PAID TRAINING for all necessary certifications and will teach you everything you need to know in order to thrive and be a successful member of our SwimKids Swim School team! Swim Team Coach Pay and Benefits:

Starting teaching rates $14-16

A Swim Team Coach’s Workday and Qualifications:

Coach the same students weekly, celebrating their progress in the pool.

Work a set schedule with a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.

Become proficient in your swim team coach role through thoughtful hands-on training.

Work alongside experts to follow all safety standards keeping children, families and staff wellbeing top of mind.

Replace the gym with work! Standing for periods of time, moving around on deck and in the pool, lifting students and pool equipment are all expected parts of the job.

Must have a competitive swim background with a year-round or seasonal swim program, year-round experience preferred.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
