**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and customer service skills, along with strong organizational abilities. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks. Attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work well in a team are essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Requirements:**

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong customer service orientation

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing)

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

- Professional demeanor and appearance

- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges efficiently

- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service/administrative position preferred, but not required
