Position Details
Provide client centered supervision, development of clinical staff, program / data oversite and program leadership ensuring provision of quality care, data driven evaluation and change management processes and community coordination and advocacy. Position may provide limited direct care activities. Services are client-centered, primarily delivered in school settings along with some community / homebased settings and include assessment, individual therapy and case-management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.
Position Requirements
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
State License (LMSW / LPC etc.) - Full licensure
Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance, and clean driving record
3+ years in working with children and families
High level of technical skills (electronic health record, MS Office etc)
Strong Data management and communication skills
