Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Job Opening: Marketing and Sales Coordinator for Camping and Survival Gear

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90016

Duties:

1. Report directly to the CEO and assist with product development and product compliance.

2. Oversee packaging design and creation.

3. Manage and send out Email blasts including managing email database.

4. Maintain Image Bank by organizing and maintaining digital collateral.

5. Manage websites with basic maintenance and coordinating with outsourced professionals for more complex tasks.

6. Basic graphic design tasks.

7. Oversee advertising projects including:

a. Coordinating 4-6 trade shows a year

b. Basic Amazon Seller platform knowledge to facilitate working with outsourced professionals

c. Business to Consumer (B2C) management including experience with Ebay and Shopify

d. Catalog management including coordinating with outsourced graphic design team

e. Manage digital photo library by taking basic in house photos and coordinating with outsourced professional photographer

8. Assist in supporting sales representatives’ needs including vendor compliance, vendor set up sheets, and marketing as well as price quotations

9. Provide customer support for house accounts not serviced by outside sales representatives

10. Assist the CEO in sales analysis and account delegation using CRM software.

11. Prepare sales presentations or sales stacks for Business to Business (B2B) account presentations.

Requirements:

1. High levels of organization and attention to detail.

2. Efficient at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

3. Strong memory and recall for facts and figures.

4. Strong Excel and PowerPoint experience.

5. Proficient in Shopify and Ebay B2C management.

6. Previous experience with CRM software.

7. Google Suite experience.

8. Experience with basic graphic design.

9. Excellent communication skills including strong written skills.

10. Strong references and the ability to pass a background check.

Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour and after 90 days benefits which include paid vacation days and health insurance.
