We're seeking hardworking and reliable Landscape Construction Crew Members to join our team and help us transform outdoor spaces into functional works of art.

Responsibilities:

Assist with various tasks involved in landscape construction projects, such as:

Excavation and grading

Installing pavers, patios, walkways, and retaining walls

Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers

Laying sod and installing irrigation systems

Hauling and placing materials (mulch, gravel, stone)

Operating light machinery (may require additional training)

Maintaining a clean and organized worksite

Follow instructions from the Foreman and senior crew members, adhering to all safety protocols.

Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure efficient project completion.

Learn and perform various construction techniques, expanding your skillset.

Take pride in your work and strive to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications:

No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.

Physically fit for the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, working outdoors in all weather conditions, and performing manual labor.

Reliable transportation a plus.

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Eagerness to learn new skills and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
