As our newest Life Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their insurance needs, educating them on available options, and ensuring they have adequate coverage for the future. Most of the sales will come from existing clients. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Proactively connect through various channels with the buyers

Most of the sales will be by working with existing clients

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals

Present and explain life insurance options in a clear and compelling manner

Customize insurance plans to meet clients' specific needs and budget

Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices

Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations

Requirements

Requirements:

Must live in Michigan

Active Life and Health insurance license or be willing to get one

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

High level of integrity and ethical conduct

Positive, inviting, and customer-oriented mindset
