Job Requirements:

Produce sheet metal parts by setting up and operating a CNC co2 or fiber Laser;

Perform machine set up including program retrieval, proper gases, proper nozzles, lens cleaning and adjustments, etc;

Start up and shut down laser machines;

Perform multiple setups per shift, for short runs and longer production runs;

Check accuracy of work using blueprint and precision measuring tools such as calipers;

Have experience with material loading automation;

Edit G code;

Work from blueprints, rough sketches, and customer samples for prototype production.
