Billing Coordinator

Job Description

LHH is recruiting a temporary billing coordinator for the Akron or Cleveland office of a regional law firm. Hybrid options and benefits available.

Responsibilities:

- Perform billing and invoicing tasks accurately and efficiently

- Review and verify billing information for completeness and accuracy

- Assist with data entry and record keeping as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing processes

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in billing regulations

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with double entry bookkeeping principles

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in using SurePoint billing software and computer systems

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
