Job Description:

Support on the establishment and development of sales and marketing strategies.

Support on the establishment and development of integrated logistics.

Promotion of the Company’s services to new and prospective clients.

Processing of new and prospective customers.

Requesting quotes from steamship lines and agents for customers.

Publishing of quotes with the FMC.

Direct contact with agents, steamship lines and clients.

Make cargo insurance quotes.

Handling of forms associated to new clients and shipments.

Reports to the Integrated Logistics and Sales Manager.

Direct contact with personnel.

Any other task or tasks that the company may require.

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License

Valid Certificate of Penal Record

Competences:

BA in Sales or related

Good marketing and sales skills

Communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize tasks

Problem solving ability

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Good handling of Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Customer Oriented and Team worker

Responsibility and punctuality

Excellent customer-service skills
