Warehouse / Data Entry / Dispatching

Dispatcher (2nd Shift)

Up to $25.00 per hour to start plus excellent company-sponsored benefits

Second Shift: 3PM to 11PM (M-F)

As Dispatcher, you will:

Receive complete training

Dispatch and route delivery drivers

Monitor delivery routes

Monitor delivery schedules

Schedule customer pickups

Communicate with customers, vendors and internal company departments

Provide periodic status updates to customers and internal teams

Troubleshoot pickup and delivery issues

Create, maintain and update spreadsheets

Enter and process information in the database

Uphold company policies and procedures

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Provide additional assistance and support as requested

An ideal candidate profile will include:

At least one year of Dispatch, Routing, Transportation or similar/related experience

Proficiency with routing software

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Accurate data entry skills

Pluses:

+++ Geographic knowledge of the Chicago Metropolitan Area

+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

+++ Related experience with electric, lighting or energy products / solutions
