Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead their team at a reputable engineering/architecture/design/consulting firm in the Charlotte area. As the Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the branch's operations, including project management, business development, client relationships, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or architecture, a Professional Engineer (PE) or American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification, and prior experience in leadership roles within the industry.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the branch's operations, including project delivery, resource allocation, budgeting, and financial performance.

Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.

Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the branch, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Oversee project management activities, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to identify opportunities, secure new projects, and expand business opportunities.

Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, architects, designers, planners, and other professionals, fostering their professional development and career growth.

Collaborate with other branches and departments within the firm to leverage resources, share best practices, and achieve overall organizational goals.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.

Professional Engineer (PE) or American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification is preferred.

Proven track record of leadership and management experience in the engineering, architecture, design, or consulting industry, including leading a branch or large team.

Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills to drive business growth and profitability.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to engineering, architecture, or urban planning.

Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

Pay Details: $160,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year
