We are an active civil defense litigation firm seeking a self-motivated, experienced Litigation Paralegal candidate! We are conveniently located at Ray Rd and the 101 in Chandler.

What you will do:

· Work onsite in a collaborative environment in the East Valley

· Assist with the preparation, filing and service of discovery and pleadings in state and federal court

· Records review

· Assist with case strategy

· Organize documents and other evidence, for motions, briefs and trial

· Assist the trial team in the courtroom.

· Work in Litigation software such as the CaseMap Suite, Relativity, and IPRO Open Discovery

What you need to have:

· Paralegal Certificate

· Excellent attention to detail

· Dependability

· Flexibility to work overtime if needed

· Specialized knowledge in complex civil litigation and eDiscovery

· Ability to manage a large volume of files

· Familiarity with Federal and Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure.
