About the Role

The Personal Lines Account Manager is an integral part of the sales and service team with an independent insurance agency based in Virginia Beach, VA. The office is a full service property and casualty group. Your role is focused on personal lines client service on a book that has middle market homeowners, umbrella, and auto policies with some complexities like coastal property and flood risks.

Duties & Responsibilities

Take charge of aspects of the renewal process including submission compilation, marketing, and follow-up with underwriters on information requests and quote revisions

Perform policy administration including endorsements and/or other policy changes, certificates, and assist with gathering renewal information

Manage all policy billing including cancellations, renewals, and any applicable payment scheduling or financing

Skills & Experience

At least three (3) years of personal lines property and casualty experience
