Job Summary:

Liberty is on the hunt for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with businesspeople across multiple channels, ensuring their needs are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Recent college grads and people re-entering the workforce encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Answering inbound phone calls.

Processing incoming surplus buying leads by communicating with Lead Generation Team, entering the information into our database, and getting feedback from the Buying Team.

Communicating with customers via phone and email to follow-up on getting pictures and/or information on the surplus machinery they have available.

Adding or updating company and contact information in our database.

Sending quotes.

Researching customer information on the web.

Researching machinery information on the web, in our catalog library, and directly with OEMs.

Prospecting via phone and email for surplus buying opportunities.

Additional roles depending on your aptitude, experience, and drive.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to stay on task while working independently.

Basic computer skills – email, web search, data entry.

Ability to work cooperatively with a team.

Ability to accept and incorporate constructive feedback.

Office Culture:

Small business, non-corporate setting

Weekday hours 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Business casual attire

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
