Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events from start to finish
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their catering needs
- Create proposals based on client preferences
- Liasson between chef and client
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize profitability
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive catering sales and meet revenue targets
Qualifications:
- 3 year experience
- Proven experience in catering management or related role
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales data
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Spanish a plus
- Experience with Triple seat or similar CRM software for account management
- Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing effectively
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and outside sales strategies
