Must be able to obtain NM Property and Casualty License, we will help you with this.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, marketing and selling our insurance products
This includes scheduling, advertising, and networking
Develop and maintain networking relationships with Mortgage Lenders, Title companies, Auto Dealers and more
Organize and coordinate production schedules
Generate insurance quotes
Be outstanding at relationship building
Successfully develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies with clients and prospects
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Benefits
This position pays an hourly base pay PLUS commissions and bonus's
Pay: $13-$15hr plus commission and bonuses
Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. Our newest Licensed Insurance Sales Representative will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs.
Base Salary with Commissions
Mon-Fri Work Schedule Holidays Off
May work Saturdays as needed
Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals. Requirements
