STAFF ACCOUNTANT - Part Time, Flexibility in Schedule, Fully Remote

ABOUT US

We are a growing bookkeeping company. We have recently acquired a sizable book of business from a CPA firm and are looking for new Staff Accountants to join our team to onboard these accounts.

OPPORTUNITY

Our growing bookkeeping firm is looking for its next great addition. The role for which we're hiring will be handling 10 Anytime Fitness center clients and then soon another ~10 wireless retail stores monthly/weekly/daily bookkeeping processes. All of these clients are in QBO, so familiarity is a firm need. These are newly acquired customers so flexibility, and the ability to create process is a must.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

- You have an accounting background and have worked with dozens of client accounts

- You have to know quickbooks online inside and out to thrive in this role.
