Position Summary:

Maintenance, enhancement, and development of applications within Customer Sales and Commerce Engineering cluster.

Mandatory Skills:

Essential Skills:

JAVA – expert level

React Js – expert level.

IONIC – expert level

Angular – expert level

Hands-on experience in legacy applications like LOLO Legacy, Wholesale apps, TAPAS and TESA, MAXIM & B2B Legacy, B2C Console, and other large and complex provisioning/Billing applications.

Hands-on experience in B2B Sales & Contract Management - TESA & SEISMIC

Expert understanding of Telecom domain especially OSS, BSS and billing.

Expert understanding of ITaaS domain.

Node

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manages Development & Production support of legacy applications like LOLO Legacy, Wholesale apps, TAPAS and TESA, MAXIM & B2B Legacy, B2C Console, and other large and complex provisioning/Billing applications.

· Manages Maintain the B2B Sales & Contract Management - TESA & SEISMIC.

· Understanding of change management principles and experience in production support.

· Collaborating with the business stakeholders to refine and understand the business requirements while considering existing system capabilities.

· Documentation and presentation of solutions in sufficient detail to allow an estimation of the effort required for delivery.

· Responsible for resolving complex and escalated technical issues and troubleshooting problems.

· With technical expertise, guide team on the prod support issues as well as design and deliver the minor enhancements.

· Analyse various metrics and logs to understand the reason for system failure or non-performance. Using debugging and diagnostic tools, find solutions to improve software performance.

· Collaborate with various cross-functional, cross-technical teams and work with production support engineers, developers, system administrators and software engineers to solve production issues. Update senior leaders about the system status and share timely resolution progress.

· Manages all aspects of risk, issues, and contingency, Identify dependencies with other business initiatives / activities.

· Determines, procures, and manages appropriate resources to deliver the project (functional or divisional team and a small number of third parties).

· Manages all project communications, drive weekly, monthly governance forums.

Salary Range: >$100,000
