Qualification: Any Graduate exclusion BE/BTech/MCA any Bachelors degree or equivalent experience should have completed at least 1 years experience in Technical Voice - Process

1)Answering calls for North American region

2)Trouble shooting internet issues, performance issues, application support and all end user related queries

3)Create tickets and assign tickets to support teams for out-of-scope issues.

4)Excellent written skills and communication is must. Additional Skills
