Job Description
The Center for Restored & Connected Families is looking for licensed therapists who are passionate about facilitating the development of relationships between kids and their parents, working families that have experienced trauma, and couples desiring deeper and more meaningful connections. Group practice is contacted with Aetna and Cigna and is a Practicum site for Hope International University. We offer in person and telehealth (SimplePractice) services and are located in Orange near Angels Stadium and Honda Center. Position will start as part-time and may build to full-time. As a Christian organization, we are looking for therapists who are comfortable integrating mainstream Christian theology into treatment when clinically appropriate. Our ideal candidate will have a desire to contribute to development of pre-licensed therapists as a clinical supervisor. AAMFT Approved Supervisor (or Candidate), CAMFT Certified Supervisor (or Candidate) and/or RPT-S credentials desired.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and develop unlicensed therapists
Support people experiencing mental or emotional issues
Offer assistance to people struggling with addiction
Provide prevention-oriented therapy
Implement and review treatment plans
Collaborate with other treatment providers and make referrals
Complete documentation in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong leadership qualities
Desire for career growth and development
Experience with kids, adolescents, and couples
Ability to ethically integrate mainstream Christian theology with psychotherapy when desired by client
This is a W-2 position that is paid via commission split with a stipend for supervision. Pay will depend on total caseload and fees collected. We will withhold taxes, provide worker's compensation coverage, provide access to SimplePractice, and cover general and professional liability insurance.
