Team Coordinator, College and Academic Counseling

The Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy is currently looking for a College and Academic Counseling Team Coordinator for the FY25 academic year. This is a stipend position.

Responsibilities

Oversee day to day operations of CAC office.Perform special CAC projects.

Oversee the administration of SAT and AP Examinations.Represent CAC Office at Preview Day and PAC Meetings.

Maintain professional relationships with higher education offices of admission.

Build rapport, counsel, and provide support to IMSA internal and external constituencies.

Maintain Naviance.

Oversee the CAC Office Budget and compose quarterly CAC newsletters for parents.

Attend all TC Meetings

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a College and Academic Counselor

Good performance standing

An appreciation and understanding of working with diverse populations

Compensation: $6,300 in year 1, $6400 in year 2, $6500 in year 3, $6600 in year 4

This is a Ten Month + 10 work days stipend. The TC and principal or designee will mutually agree to these additional days.
