**Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Content Creator with a passion for luxury and storytelling. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bringing the elegance and sophistication of Flora Couture to our digital platforms through creative and visually appealing content.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and produce photo/video content that embodies the luxury of Flora Couture, especially during events.

- Efficiently organize and manage digital assets for creative teams.

- Execute content strategies to enhance brand presence and engage the audience.

- Manage social media posting schedules and ensure high-quality content.

- Engage with the online community and nurture partnerships.

- Monitor content performance and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.

- Ensure all content aligns with Flora Couture's brand image and voice.

- Provide support to Lawren with marketing materials, utilizing abilities in Photoshop/Canva, etc., to alleviate workload.

- Ensure the role is primarily in-house, with proficiency in Canva and Photoshop/Lightroom being essential skills.

**Position Requirements:

- Experience: 2+ years in a content creation role, preferably within the luxury market, with a proven portfolio of visually captivating work. Administrative experience is a plus.

- Location & Flexibility: The role is primarily in-house in Las Vegas, with occasional travel for events.

- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation for local travel to events and meetings.

- Technical Skills: Proficient with current social media platforms, photo/video editing software, including Canva, Photoshop, and Lightroom, capable of producing professional-grade content. Competent with basic camera operation and phone photography.

- Interpersonal Skills: Must possess a vibrant personality and the ability to resonate with clients and vendors, reflecting the brand’s premium quality.
