Could you be the full-time Supplier Product Quality Development Engineer in EKZ, Astana we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to our Supplier Quality Manager Faina Fatilhpova at EKZ, and work alongside passionate teammates.

You'll conduct audits of our suppliers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (like Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality etc.), perform research and analytical tasks and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of assesing suppliers' compliance with Alstom standards, but also contribute to assessing and managing quality and safety risks.

We’ll look to you for:

Suppliers process qualification

Achieve the qualification of suppliers in the Priority List on Generic and Special Processes with adequate audits and follow-up action plans.

Organize the delivery of the audit plan, and all necessary actions to close the issues.

Validation Product and Process associated

Responsible at tender phase to communicate and validate quality specifications and Quality product file (Supplier Product Quality Development plan (SPQD plan) in anticipation with suppliers.

Manage the comparison matrix (the Supplier Quality Status (SQS)) phase till the Business Award in coordination with sourcing, validate the relevant waivers.

Perform SPQD plan by setting-up relevant action plan all along the product / process development to reach Supplier FAI Go on time.

Apply the Design For Quality (DFQ) process and validate each milestone for external subsystems.

Responsible to perform the handover with Supplier Quality Assurance Engineers and Professionals.

Manage warranty issues linked to suppliers in collaboration with Project warranty responsible.

Supplier development

Development of local suppliers to meet Alstom requirements.

3 to 5 years’ experience in Quality, Engineering, Production

Quality audits expeerience
