Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with experienced partners to handle complex business litigation cases, engaging in all aspects of the legal process, from pre-litigation counsel to appeals.

Participate in the Mentorship Program, receiving training and guidance on courtroom advocacy, interaction with opposing counsel, deposition taking/defense, motion drafting/argument, and witness examination during trials.

Develop creative and assertive legal strategies while taking ownership of cases and demonstrating a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Work on a diverse range of high-profile cases, gaining substantial courtroom experience from the early stages of your career.

Uphold the firm's reputation for excellence in the legal field and contribute to its success by producing top-quality legal work.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top 25 law school as ranked by US News & World Report.

3-10 years of complex business litigation experience, with a preference for candidates with 4-7 years of relevant experience.

A stable professional background with minimal movement on your resume.

Demonstrated legal expertise through a 10-15 page brief primarily drafted by the candidate, showcasing recent work with minimal edits from partners and clients.
