Securities attorney California

Our client is seeking someone with experience in the following:

1) Securities Law

2) California Fraud Statues

3) Litigation, Mediation and arbitration

4) Delaware corporations and LLC'

5) Blue Sky laws, Investment recovery

6) Entertainment experience a plus but not necessary
