Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. The candidate would also be is a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Negotiate sales and close deals, and meet monthly targets
Collaborate with the Sales Team/Management to identify and grow opportunities within the market
Utilize our ERP System to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Assist in business development activities to expand the customer base
Coordinate the prompt handling of customer service requests including, but not limited to, order entry, quotes and expediting
Other duties may be assigned as required by Management
Qualifications:
1-2 years inside sales or customer service experience
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
Familiar with negotiation techniques
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure
Excellent detail orientation, digital competence, problem-solving ability, and multitasking skills
Knowledge of technical sales processes or experience with
Thermocouples/Thermowells is a plus
Secondary Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
