Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Fraud Law Attorney to join our New York City office. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in forensic investigations and play a pivotal role in the case development and prosecution of civil recovery actions on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct and lead forensic investigations into insurance fraud.

Develop and prosecute civil recovery actions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure thorough case development and strategy implementation.

Manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Strong academic background.

Admission to the New York State Bar and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

1 to 3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus on insurance fraud.

Excellent writing skills and well-versed in federal practice.

Proven ability to function effectively under time constraints.

Strong litigation experience with a capacity to be a proactive team player.
